Bubbles!
Many after a long and hard week or day have a different treat. Whole day in front of TV, sleeping, hiking, running, eating, chocolate or icecream.
For me its bubbles!

Hot bath, ice cold beer, aroma salts, good relaxing music in the back, bubbles. Just simly letting every cell, every muscle of the body to enjoy. Until the fingers puff up from the water. And a big smile covering the face...:)
