charisma!

Do you think that charisma is something that you get from birth? Or its mixture or different skills that make you charismatic???

I always thought that charisma is something that you get with birth. Until now.

While doing some research for work, i ran into 43 points how to be charismatic. At first, i thought that its one of those bad advertisements, similar to those - lose 30kg in one month...

But when i started reading the things, got surprised. Among the most important things were the ability to listen people, and converse effectively with them - being really interested what they have to say and not your opinion. Other was the way to express your self, or the positive attitude that you have. Or the way that you treat people, or the openness towards people.

Came to conclusion that charisma is something that you learn trough live experience. You can have part of it with birth, but mostly you learn it.

And there are many examples around. An ex football player, who is millionaire now not by playing football, but by selling life insurance. And how charismatic is he. Something that he learned while selling life insurance. From being realy bad at the beggining, to being addorable. Now having trainings how to be good salesman.
